Les Restos du Cœur sont une organisation caritative française fondée en 1985 par l’artiste Coluche afin de venir en aide aux personnes en situation de précarité, notamment en leur distribuant des repas gratuits. Aux côtés de nombreuses personnalités issues de la musique, du théâtre et du sport, il a créé un collectif baptisé « Les Enfoirés » pour soutenir et faire connaître les actions des Restos du Cœur.
En 1989, la première tournée intitulée « Enfoirés Tour » a sillonné la France en proposant des concerts destinés à récolter des fonds.
Pour la campagne 2024/2025, l’association vient en aide à 1,3 million de personnes accueillies, dont 110 000 bébés de moins de 3 ans.
Elle s’appuie sur un réseau de 2 318 lieux d’accueil répartis sur le territoire.
Au total, ce sont 161 millions de repas qui ont été distribués aux personnes en situation de précarité.
Les Enfoirés reviennent avec un nouveau spectacle musical, « La ballade des Enfoirés », enregistré à Paris et disponible depuis le 28 février, après sa diffusion sur TF1. Plus de 48 artistes bénévoles participent à cette édition 2026 :

Cette année, l’intégralité du mixage ainsi que le mastering des différents supports ont été effectués au sein du studio Digital Encoding System (DES).
Mixage musique : 5.1 & 7.1 – réalisé par Raphaël Ancian, Stéphane Bastien, Antoine Roch et Poussin Kechu.
Masterisation stéréo et 5.1 et Mixage Dolby Atmos– assurée par Poussin, au studio D.E.S.

Les Restos du Cœur is a French charitable organization founded in 1985 by the artist Coluche to support people in need, particularly by providing them with free meals. Alongside numerous figures from the worlds of music, theatre, and sports, he created a group called “Les Enfoirés” to promote and support the actions of Les Restos du Cœur.
In 1989, the first tour, known as the “Enfoirés Tour,” traveled across France, organizing concerts to raise funds.
For the 2024/2025 campaign, the organization is supporting 1.3 million people, including 110,000 babies under the age of 3.
It relies on a network of 2,318 reception centers across the country.
In total, 161 million meals have been distributed to people in need.

This year, the entire mixing and mastering process for all available formats was carried out at the Digital Encoding System (DES) studio.
Music mixing: 5.1 & 7.1 – completed by Raphaël Ancian, Stéphane Bastien, Antoine Roch, and Poussin Kechu.
Stereo and 5.1 mastering, and Dolby Atmos mixing – handled by Poussin at D.E.S. studio.

The DVD including the video is available with Stereo PCM and Dolby Digital 5.1 audio tracks (video mix).

A superb Dolby Atmos edition that immerses us in the heart of the concert, capturing both the atmosphere beautifully and the full dynamic of the performance. It’s a shame that this version cannot be made available on DVD, which does not support this format.

Dynamic represents the ability to reproduce a wide range of sounds from the softest to the loudest. The target is to compare the dynamics of the music and not of the media (CD, digital files or vinyl).
For our 5 editions reviewed have obtained the following Dynamic Range (DR) :
